Shipping Policy

We try hard to ship all the orders as soon as possible. Generally, we ship the parcel within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the order volume. Quick delivery is a must for all our clients, we try our best to ship all the orders at the earliest. The buyer may contact us to confirm Order Lead Time before placing the order.

All International Orders are shipped via India Post (EMS) or UPS only. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties and taxes that you may have to pay in your country.

Shipping charges are:

  1. Standard Shipping via FedEx: $65.00 (Delivery time: 5-10 days).
  2. Shipping via UPS: $95.00 (Delivery time: 4-7 days).
  3. FREE Shipping via FedEx if the order amount is more than $500.00

Shipments can be tracked online. You will receive an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use it to track the shipment online.

Terms and Policies
For Security reasons, UPS ships to a street address only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

Please select Economy or Standard shipping for delivery to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required.

In the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by e‐mail and informed of the reason for the delay.

We are not responsible if the order gets delayed because of the changes required/mentioned by the buyer before the shipping process. The buyer should inform us about the changes required within 7 days of placing the order.

Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your order number or email us at info[@]sterlingsilverjewelry[.]tv, ASAP before the parcel is shipped.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get Custom Made Orders and ship them on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process.

Since all items are Made-To-Order, We are only responsible for any manufacturing defects and a proper solution (Exchange/Replacement/Refund) will be provided to you if you are not satisfied with the quality of any item.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
